Tarte:

Tarte is an American cosmetics company in New York City.
This brand was founded in 1999 by Maureen Kelly.
While studying for her Ph.D. in psychology at Columbia University, Maureen decided to pursue her passion for makeup because she couldn't find her favorite cosmetics.
She was looking for cosmetics with natural ingredients and a glamorous look. Maureen started researching cosmetics and started the company with the support of her first husband, and worked in her apartment until the production of her first product, which was a blush stick.
In 2000, Tarte launched its product in Henry Bendel, one of the most famous stores in New York. This Tarte product was able to attract the attention of makeup world writers a week after its launch, and thus it was chosen for the cover of Self magazine.
Maureen Kelly says:
